NGO Empowerment Initiative

A Legacy Born from Reverence for Tribal Artisans

In 2008, we established our NGO, FIRST Sansthan, to support tribal communities. We quickly realized that these master artisans were the true custodians of India’s ancient gemstone heritageâ€”dating back to the maritime trade of Cambay (Khambhat) with the Roman and Greek worlds.

By introducing modern precision tools and importing 26 rare gemstone varieties from Latin America, Africa, and Asia, we empower these craftsmen to create extraordinary sculptures while earning the international acclaim and rewards they deserve.
